Thread rewinding machine:
The thread rewinding machine is widely used in the packaging of various long-fiber tows such as tear film, fibrillated silk, cotton and hemp. Can be wound into 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches according to customer requirements. Performance and Characteristics

The adjustable thread rewinding machine is mainly used for textile, chemical fiber,yarn making, light industry and electronic industry etc. This thread rewinding machine owns advantages of high speed, good bobbin formation, automatic constant tension, low loss etc, it’s superior to other products of the same type. It’s applied for taking up yarn with density range of 60-280 tex; width range of 1-6mm (width range > 6mm can be custom-made in limited range). It’s suitable for folding thread, split film yarn, carbon fiber, stainless steel fiber, as well as for round wire, spun, foamed filament, vegetable fiber yarn, soft metal silk ribbon, paper yarn, blended yarn etc.

This machine by magnetic disc, adjust the winder speed to be synchronized with the extruder. Main components are made of superior material and by imported CNC machine one step finished. The quality of these components is excellent and the working life is much longer.
