Mounting Method:
The upper disc method is composed of a shaft lever type structure, which is completed by the following steps: "release the handle - remove the end shaft - tighten the taper - the upper long disc - the handle is locked". Designed for heavy-duty reels, it ensures high safety during high-speed operation.
Components of the equipment:
1. The storage line tension release frame adopts the manual lever mechanism to connect the upper and lower plates, saving time and effort. The tension of the take-up thread is constant, and the corner of the rocker arm shaft drives the brake lever to adjust the tension of the pay-off line at any time to ensure that the cable is not loose and unobstructed;
2. Electronic metering device: a sampling point is installed on the circumference of the meter wheel, and a signal is input to the counter, and the counter is accumulated by a length and directly displayed;
3. Looping host: The looping speed is controlled by the inverter. The length of the loop can be set by the CT intelligent counter. When the loop reaches the preset length, the machine will stop automatically.
